We were having problems with our viking oven since November 2013.  We had a home warranty and after several attempts for them to provide a repair company with no success we were told find our own repair company…thank god i called aaa home appliance repair, Rabeen was awesome!!!! found online, called he was here within 40 minutes found problem…completely repaired saturday with total success! if there was more than 5 stars we would rate that! professional and efficient! the best!!! Thank you Rabeen!!!

Great service! Stuck with a non functional dryer on a week-end. Unable to self-diagnose through YouTube Videos…

Very happy with my new microwave!
I rent in an HOA community, and Rabeen with AAA home appliance repair was the company they called out to look at my glitchy microwave fan buttons.

The microwave that we had was over 20 years old and he said the circuit board was straight up done. So he pushed for me and hubby to have a new one installed. He agreed, we pay a pretty penny so we deserve working appliances.

The next day he called ready to come install the new one, but I was unavailable to have him come by. So he got here first thing the next day (I was hardly awake I’ll admit I work swing.) so now I have my whole day and a new microwave! He was funny and personable and I felt he was very professional. He came to get the job done and he did! He has been a customer of mine at Peet’s before and it was nice to see a friendly face!

Very happy with his prompt service and communication throughout. He even leveled my stove so my oil won’t hang out on one side of the pan. 🙂 thank you Rabeen!!!

I’m happy with a service I received from Rabeen.
I called him because of all the good reviews here on Yelp. Although he had busy schedule, he was able to fit me in and fix the problem. He offered to come in next day, but after I told him that this is my only day off in next 6 days he told me not to worry and showed up as promised. I was very impressed.

Our fridge and freezer suddenly stopped working. after reading the reviews on Yelp , we called Rabeen on a Saturday afternoon we were afraid that he will be close but he said he will be able to come to our house at 5 p.m he came right at five and he was able to fix the problem! he installed the part quickly and our fridge freezer was up and running .
Rabeen is  professional and courteous . We were grateful that he he was   able to help us on a Saturday afternoon when most places are closed.
We’d  definitely call again!!

Here comes another 5 star review!  After randomly calling several appliance repairs listed on Yelp!, I stumbled upon AAA.  Our dryer died the night before we were set to leave on vacation and I was desperate.  Even though it was 2pm on a Saturday,  Rabeen arrived to check the dryer within an hour, found several things that were wrong with it, but had it fixed less than 2 hours later.  The price he charged seemed fair for the amount of work and number of parts replaced.  I’m so glad to have found a local appliance repair that I can trust.  I will definitely be calling when the next crisis hits!

Great service! It is not always easy to get repair people to come up to our place. Not only was Rabeen available the day after I called, he was able to order the needed parts and finish the repair the next day. Will definitely use AAA again!

Our whirlpool washing machine was dying on us after 13 months of use. (What low quality stuff they make today. . )
It was 1 month after our warranty expired (figures . ). I called and Rabin ( I hope I am spelling it right ) came same day, assessed the situation and basically told me that fixing this piece of junk will be the same cost as buying a new one.
Well, at least now I can put this one to rest knowing not to buy one like it ever again!

We had called Thermador about our built-in microwave and they quoted us big $$$$ just to come out and look at it. So my wife found AAA on Yelp and Rabeen came up to inspect our microwave.   Rabeen ordered the part and came back the next day to fix it.

I to believe we saved a bunch by going through AAA and the work was done with great care and attention to detail.

AAA came right out and fixed the Kenmore fridge we had which had been leaking. On time, quick and did a good job.

Our subzero light and control board went out on Friday. Called subzero certified who would not come out till Monday. Contacted Rabeen at AAA and he was easy to come to Santa Cruz the next morning. Saturday. Showed up on time, very nice. Looked at the problem and found that all that was needed was the bulb replacement. He even felt bad charging me for the visit. I had no problem paying him a very reasonable amount to have our fridge fixed. Agree with all other reviews, highly recommend their service. This saved us a ton as nowhere in the manual could we find that the light bulb going out would cause the whole control board to not light.

Rabeen will come over on a moment’s notice and work very efficiently to fixed whatever is broken.  His professionalism is very much appreciated.

Ray came by today to help install a Bauer range hood. On-time, professional, intelligent, diligent , and very helpful! He stood by his original price quote although he had to do more custom work than on a typical install. He stuck around 2.5 hours and installed the range hood perfectly. Before he left we asked him for advice on other household appliance issues and he ended up fixing the soap dispenser on our dishwasher as well. We’ve had plenty appliance repair people swing by that want to get paid because they can fog a mirror. Ray is the man..highly recommend!

What great service!  I called Rabeen this morning and he made it to our house, fixed our Jenn Air Range Stove and it’s only 2:30!  Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.  Absolutely recommend Rabeen and AAA and will call on him/them again for future appliance repairs…top notch!!

My parents microwave broke. We called AAA and Rabeen came out. He recommended that we replace the machine. So we decided to order a new one. It arrived last night(we called him and he said that he could be here the next day between 9:30 & 10:30.  He arrived right on time and had it completely installed in less than an hour.  Rabeen.  He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional!  I highly recommend AAA Home Appliance for all of your repair needs and don’t forget to ask for Rabeen he is great.  We are excited to have our microwave working again!!! Rabeen was amazing!   I highly recommend using this company for any appliance repairs.  

I had called Thermador 3 times about our Oven (and it is right before Thanksgiving so we need our oven on!!).   Thermador was a total pain and quoted me a crazy amount of money to just examine.  So I found AAA on Yelp and was so happy I did.   Rabeen picked up his phone on the first call and was at my house within an hour.  It turned out our Oven did not have the model number on it anywhere (was at least 7 years old and the prior owners may have accidentally torn it off)….so he literally spent 1.5 hours in a couple stores searching for the right piece we needed to replace it.   We were worried at first that we would have to spend thousands of dollars replacing the entire oven….but NO!   Rabeen did all the hard work to find us the right piece …and in 1 day, all fixed and working better than before!!!  My oven heats up faster than ever and is working perfectly!   So we will have a great Thanksgiving! 🙂

The cost was less than originally quoted also and SO reasonable I can’t even tell you…, and the amount of work he did for that was a lot.  I think we saved at least $600 going through AAA and the work was done 2000% faster I am sure!   He is very knowledgeable and was able to identify the problem immediately.

THE BEST.  We were at our wits’ end with our troubled Thermador range, and the only “authorized” repair shop in the area was not only incompetent but rude.  I searched online for a list of unauthorized repair shops who might still work on Thermadors AND would come to Santa Cruz – after calling three numbers, AAA Appliance was the ONLY one who answered the phone directly.  We were able to make an appointment for the next day, and AAA actually showed up TWO MINUTES EARLY! 🙂  After three late appointments with J&H (and one that was forgotten about altogether), this was a great start.  Rabeen diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed the oven with the parts we had on hand, and stayed to test the oven for over an hour, making sure everything was working properly before he left.  Prompt, efficient, and thorough – everything you want in a repair shop.  I cannot say enough good things about our experience – if you have any appliance trouble, CALL AAA!!!!
